     My name is Lateef Jeleel Adeshola. I bought Tecno Spark 9T at your ibadan branch, Challenge precisely.

     Your customer care attendant has been calling as this was the last payment. I did the payment on Saturday , it was successful but I was not being debited.

     The first customer care attendant was so rude in his approach and threatened to block the phone which I know it is usual routine but that guy is an apology of an attendant.

     A lady later called and I explained the App is not debiting me, she sent my App Account details (Zenith) which I paid #24,500 into instead of #23+ perhaps with interest.

     The issue now is that my phone has not been unlocked. I went through all the messages been sent to me and discovered there are some Kobos (#20) and I did #100, yet my phone is still locked.

     Please, what can I do?
