  1. I’m hereby to lodge a complaint about an unsuccessful transaction that took place on 12 of this month. I couldn’t find a page to complain on the main site. I need a rectification.

  2. Somebody made a payment to me today being Monday via my bank account number: 3066802003 (Account name: Nwanosike Charles Chukwuemeka. Bank: First Bank) and my account is linked to flutterwave, up till now I have not received any payment/money in my bank account.

    This is the account number: 0085096919 (Ernest Nmesomachi Emmanuel) that made the transfer of N1,000 to me.

    Please rectify this issue.

    • I tried to make payment on owodaily.com and got a network interruption which caused payment to fail, I wish to request a refund or for flutterwave to help process the payment complete for me.
      The payment was made on Monday 30 may 2022 time of payment is 06:57:6pm through mobile transfer the email use is mustaphaalikaliumar@gmail.com Name for making payments is mustapha umar I attached here the receipt copy from my Bank please help me out for complete of my payment process for my account to be activated to start working on your platform thanks.

    It’s so shameful with the kinda comment that am seeing here. Means none account is save anymore by using futterwave on bank transactions since they can easily withdraw from people’s account.

    I remember When Buhari said no to futterwave, now this is the out come.

    • There have been more than 6 or 7 transactions with my 2 banks that you have taken money out my account September 3 in Septeber with GTB and 3 also, with my Access bank this October and yesterday. Client debited, the transaction showed on my dashboard yet the money did not reflect and till now, 2months later flutterwave is sending me around asking for useless information they already have…..
