Hi! good afternoon my name is Abigail Sunday ,I’m an moniepoint POS agent ,I mistakenly transferred money to a wrong account which happened to be palmpay account , though the owner of the account scammed me claiming to be jumia online promo, this issue happened on 27th last month so I made a contact with palmpay and also with moniepoint customer service,they both told me to provide police report and court order which I submitted it to them , now palmpay asked me to tell moniepoint to contact them so they can take it from there and which I told moniepoint but unfortunately moniepoint haven’t done anything about it ,I called them many times sending emails to remain them but it not avail.please and
