1. Good morning. Pls you need to have outlet in ikeja area and a reachable line like DSTV and a very active and proactive customer care for your subscribers to enjoy your service. Pls do the needful I’m not getting value for my money pls

Pls I’m new on Netflix, I just got a new smart television n decided to subscribe on Netflix but after the subscription which I was debited #3600 instantly from my bank account and thereafter noticed that I couldn’t make used of that subscription to either watch movies on my phone or smart TV until it’s expired and on expiring I noticed that Netflix debited my account again with the sum of #3600 without my permission which I’m not please at all and demand to know what right does Netflix has to debit my account without my permission even after I never got value for my last subscription. I’m not happy I repeat. Thanks

Pls I HV subscribe Netflix of the sum of #3600 but do not know how to make used of the subscription to watch anything using either my Android phone or smart tv has the offer request for data before I can’t watch movies even after successful subscription with Netflix. Pls I really need ur help so that I can get value for my money. Thanks

4. I am really disappointed in this service looking like scamming me. I have discovered Netflix drawing money twice a month from 2 different accounts. I blocked one since June, sadly they withdraw from both again same month and I had to block my access to viewing on all my devices this July 1st and stopped online payments but they still debit my account this morning. What a shame!

5. Good evening, pls why is my Netflix not showing up on my smart tv ,I could get the sound but picture is black….am also using a Chromcast initially it was showing but stopped now.pls what can I do to watch from my phone to my smart tv…. Samsung?
