i brought Oraimo freebuds 3 (white colour) through jumia on thr 30th of December 2021. early February, the isuue with thr left year not connecting start, the left hear connects but the right year keeps turning on red and green light concecutively. i don’t know the reason for this and i’ve been contacting the customer care but they kept ignoring my calls.
Now oraimo is supplying fake electronic . I wondered. Oraimo power bank delivered to me this afternoon runed down from 75 percent to 0% in 5 minute. Why oraimo. You break my heart. I will make sure that I do my worst .Believe me

Hmmm…I bought the oblong size Bluetooth speaker just last week which I ordered directly from Oraimo website. It was delivered to me her in Abuja and on Monday, during the public holiday, I decided to use it and phewww! It did not come on again! If you long press the power button, you only see blue light blink twice and that’s all. I just hope this warranty is genuine. Looking to locate them in Abuja.

Oraimo have one of the poorest customer service service in Nigeria, i have called all customer care line available and all 4 lines are switched off, I have message the 2 whatsApp line but no way, I have tweeted at @oraimomate on twitter and there is no response. I have sent 3 mail to same mail that was contacted me for my product and no response.
Do you guyz have SLA for your customer support team? Good product is not enough but quality customer service/support is key.
A faulty item was sent to me and all effort to complain about it proved abortive.
